This policy covers the website tinyforge.tech. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, linked from its App Store page.
Who we are
TINYFORGE LTD is the data controller for this website. We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17528067, with our registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@tinyforge.tech.
What we collect
This website has no accounts, no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising. It does not load fonts, scripts or images from other companies.
If you switch between the light and dark theme, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage on your device. It is never sent to us or anyone else, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We do not use this data to identify or profile visitors. Cloudflare’s privacy policy explains how it handles this data.
If you email us
If you write to hello@tinyforge.tech, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you put in the message. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you. We keep these emails for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and no longer than two years after the conversation ends.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing. We use service providers that process data on our behalf, such as our hosting and email providers, and some of them may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to or ask us to restrict how we use it. Email hello@tinyforge.tech and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
